1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or accessing any feature of Volume Catcher (the “Service”), operated at volumecatcher.com (the “Operator”), you (“User”) enter into a binding agreement governed by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent that you are not a person with whom transactions are prohibited under applicable sanctions regimes (OFAC, EU, UN, MASAK), and that algorithmic crypto-market analysis is lawful in your country of residence.
3. No Investment Advice
Volume Catcher provides software tools that analyze cryptocurrency market data and produce signals based on quantitative models. The Service is not investment advice, brokerage, custodial service, or solicitation. The Operator is not a licensed financial advisor (SPK, BaFin, FCA, SEC) and disclaims any fiduciary duty.
Past performance, backtests, and signal accuracy metrics are illustrative only and do not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency markets carry substantial risk of total loss. You bear sole responsibility for trading decisions made on the basis of any Service output.
4. Membership Cap
Membership is currently capped at one thousand (1000) accounts to preserve algorithmic edge. Once the quota is reached, registration closes at the Operator's sole discretion.
5. Subscription Tiers
- Free: 7-day evaluation; access deactivated upon expiry.
- Premium: USDT 159 monthly; manual renewal each cycle.
- Premium Scalp: USDT 2,490 lifetime; admin approval required.
6. Payments · Crypto Settlement
Payments are accepted exclusively in USDT (Tether USD) on the Polygon (MATIC) blockchain. You bear network fees and wallet-side risk. On-chain transactions are irreversible. Refunds are not provided once digital content is activated; you waive any statutory withdrawal rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Art. 16(m)) and Turkish Distance Sales Regulation (Art. 15(ğ)).
7. Intellectual Property
All software, models, scoring algorithms, and proprietary content remain the exclusive property of the Operator. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use during the subscription term. Reverse engineering, scraping, model extraction, and re-distribution constitute material breach.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Operator excludes liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or trading losses.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of İstanbul Çağlayan Adliyesi courts, save that EU-domiciled consumers retain statutory rights in their local jurisdiction.
